WHAT YOUâLL DO
- Whatever it takes to grow the business - this is exactly what non-technical founders do day in and out.
- Often, this looks like 2-6 week projects that will give you exposure to all the key areas of go-to-market. Examples include:
- Marketing: Create and distribute case studies, manage SEO agencies, refresh the website content
- Outbound: Build the list of ICP customers to target, drive campaigns to reach them via email, linkedin, phone
- GTM ops: Improving our internal processes, automating steps with AI or other tooling
- Customer onboarding: Project-manage deployments of our AI product with large enterprise customers, figuring out legal and security issues with each deployment
- Hiring: Once a function is spun up, you might hire people to run it, or bring on outsourced agencies and freelancers
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- 2+ years in consulting, banking, startups, or any kind of unstructured role where you had to break down problems and tackle each piece systematically
- YouĘźre selfâdirected, resourceful, and have a sense of urgency
- You can set up processes and manage projects
- You are excited to do whatever it takes to move the business forward - youâre not only looking for âcoolâ work like strategy or product. The reality is that startups have close to no strategy work, and product work is dwarfed by actual engineering and sales and marketing
- Willing to work in-person in Singapore
BONUS
- Experience with marketing or sales
